Mengelola Inovasi untuk Daya Saing Berkelanjutan: Tinjauan Sistematis Pendekatan Strategis di Era Pasca-Digital
Keywords:

The post-digital era has fundamentally changed the way organizations innovate, compete, and create value. In this context, innovation management no longer focuses solely on the technological dimension, but also on how organizational strategies integrate sustainability, digitalization, and dynamic capabilities. This study aims to systematically review strategic approaches to innovation management to achieve sustainable competitiveness. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 25 internationally reputable academic articles published between 2000 and 2024, this study identifies thematic trends, strategic dimensions, and challenges of innovation implementation in the post-digital era. The review results indicate that strategic innovation plays a key role in driving sustainable competitive advantage through the integration of dynamic capabilities, digital strategies, and sustainable business models. However, innovation implementation faces a dilemma between exploitation and exploration (organizational ambidexterity), as well as a tension between economic goals and environmental sustainability. This article offers a new conceptual framework for integrating strategic innovation, digitalization, and sustainability as the foundation for long-term organizational competitiveness
