Digitalization has become one of the most influential factors transforming contemporary strategic management practices across various industries and organizational contexts. This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on strategic management through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study seeks to identify dominant themes, opportunities, challenges, and theoretical perspectives related to digital transformation in strategic management literature. This research employed a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review method by analyzing scholarly articles obtained from reputable academic databases, including Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The selected literature focused on digital transformation, organizational agility, innovation capability, and strategic management published between 2013 and 2025. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring concepts and research trends. The findings reveal that digitalization significantly enhances organizational agility, innovation capability, strategic flexibility, and competitive advantage. However, organizations also face challenges such as technological uncertainty, cybersecurity risks, capability gaps, and organizational resistance. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to strengthen digital capabilities, adaptive leadership, and continuous innovation to achieve sustainable competitiveness in the digital era.
