Jurnal Hukum Berkeadaban (JHB) is a scholarly publication committed to presenting legal studies that go beyond normative and positivistic dimensions, emphasizing instead the values of humanity, morality, and public ethics. This journal was founded on the awareness that law should fundamentally function as a social institution that upholds human dignity, maintains balance, and promotes the creation of a just and sustainable civilization.
