Analisis Adopsi Kecerdasan Buatan pada Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit di Era Digital

Transformasi digital mendorong rumah sakit untuk mengadopsi kecerdasan buatan sebagai bagian integral dari sistem informasi rumah sakit. Kecerdasan buatan dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mendukung pengambilan keputusan klinis, serta memperbaiki kualitas layanan kesehatan. Namun, tingkat adopsi dan keberhasilan implementasinya masih menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan antar rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adopsi kecerdasan buatan pada sistem informasi rumah sakit di era digital dengan menelaah faktor pendorong, hambatan, serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja organisasi dan layanan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur sistematis dan analisis naratif integratif terhadap publikasi ilmiah terkini yang relevan dengan kecerdasan buatan, sistem informasi rumah sakit, dan transformasi digital kesehatan. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan temuan penelitian berdasarkan tema utama, meliputi kesiapan infrastruktur, tata kelola data, dukungan manajerial, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, serta aspek etika dan regulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi kecerdasan buatan pada sistem informasi rumah sakit sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan digital organisasi dan kualitas integrasi sistem. Infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, interoperabilitas data, dan kepemimpinan strategis menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Sebaliknya, keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya literasi digital, serta resistensi organisasi menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa adopsi kecerdasan buatan harus dipahami sebagai proses sosio-teknis yang memerlukan pendekatan holistik dan berkelanjutan. Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar perumusan strategi transformasi digital rumah sakit yang lebih efektif dan kontekstual.
