Internalisasi “Satlogi Santri” Dalam Membentuk Akhlak Santri-Mahasiswa Di Universitas Kh. Abdul Chalim Pacet, Mojokerto

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a central role in shaping the character of the younger generation through the internalization of religious values and noble morals. However, in the modern era, student-santri face increasingly complex moral challenges due to the influence of globalization and the culture of unlimited freedom. This article aims to analyze the internalization of the “Satlogi Santri” principles in shaping the morality of student-santri at Universitas KH. Abdul Chalim, Pacet, Mojokerto. The study employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm, focusing on a deep understanding of the meaning of social realities. Data were collected through literature review, field observations, documentation, and in-depth interviews with key informants who possess direct experience related to the implementation of Satlogi Santri. The data were analyzed using a descriptive-analytical method to interpret the findings and connect them with relevant theoretical frameworks. The results reveal that Satlogi Santri functions not only as a normative guideline but also as a practical instrument that cultivates obedience, discipline, independence, and noble character among student-santri. The internalization of these values enables student-santri to balance intellectual competence, spiritual strength, and moral integrity in both academic and social contexts. This study highlights the importance of revitalizing pesantren traditions through the reinforcement of Satlogi Santri as a response to the moral decline of the younger generation.
