Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan Kesehatan Berbasis Nilai Karakter: Studi Literatur

This study aims to systematically examine various character-based learning models in Physical Education, Sport, and Health (PJOK) that have been developed in recent years and to evaluate their effectiveness and relevance in shaping students’ character. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a descriptive qualitative approach, involving the identification, evaluation, and analysis of five published scientific articles from nationally accredited journals (Sinta 1–6). The findings reveal that the five PJOK learning models reviewed namely Jigsaw and Teams Games Tournament, circuit games, the traditional game Belengku, the integrated character education model, and the PJOK AKTIF strategy were generally effective in instilling character values such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation, sportsmanship, and discipline in students. Each model was designed to integrate character formation through contextual and enjoyable physical activities that involve teamwork and local culture. The conclusion of this study is that PJOK learning holds great potential as a strategic medium for character building when designed systematically, creatively, and value-based. The success of implementation is largely determined by teachers’ pedagogical competence, the availability of teaching resources, and relevant curriculum support. Therefore, it is recommended that the development of character-based PJOK learning models be continuously advanced by incorporating local wisdom and accompanied by teacher training to enhance integrative skills in designing holistic learning that encompasses physical, affective, and moral dimensions.
