Pencegahan Cedera Pada Atlet Muda: Studi Literatur Berdasarkan Program Preventif Dan Edukasi Fisik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas program preventif dan pendidikan fisik dalam menurunkan risiko cedera serta meningkatkan kesiapan fisik dan mental pada atlet remaja dalam sistem pelatihan prestasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menelaah lima artikel ilmiah yang relevan, diperoleh dari jurnal terindeks ISSN dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA untuk menyeleksi serta menyusun informasi secara sistematis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi seperti peregangan, edukasi ergonomi, pelatihan keseimbangan, serta pendekatan psikologis seperti relaksasi, visualisasi, dan mindfulness memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kesadaran siswa mengenai pencegahan serta penanganan cedera olahraga. Salah satu studi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dari skor 5 menjadi 8 dan keterampilan praktik dari 3 menjadi 8 setelah diberikan pelatihan peregangan pada atlet futsal U-16. Studi lain menemukan penurunan kejadian cedera ringan hingga 50% setelah edukasi ergonomi diterapkan pada atlet bulu tangkis. Sementara itu, beberapa siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler masih menunjukkan pemahaman yang rendah terhadap protokol penanganan cedera yang benar, seperti minimalnya penggunaan prinsip RICE dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap pentingnya pemanasan, teknik gerak yang benar, serta penggunaan alat pelindung. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan pengetahuan dan perlunya pendekatan edukatif yang lebih sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini menegaskan bahwa program preventif dan edukasi fisik berbasis pendekatan multidisipliner efektif dalam mendukung keselamatan dan keinginan kinerja atlet muda, serta perlu terlibat dalam sistem pelatihan di sekolah dan klub olahraga secara menyeluruh.
